Service fees and payment terms are agreed upon in advance. Refunds, if applicable, are handled per client contract or campaign terms.

All trademarks, software, and AI workflows under ReplyFlo remain the intellectual property of the company. Users may not copy, distribute, or resell these assets.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReplyFlo is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or third-party system failures. Services are provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse, breach of contract, or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia.
